I am an HCI / experience design researcher who works on design and evaluation methods, design for preventive health and wellbeing, HCI at the workplace and usable privacy and security.
About me
I am a tenured Assistant Professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and the University of Luxembourg. I have a background in Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction. My research activities are mainly focused on experience design and evaluation methods, as well as designerly ways to trigger behavior change. I am the author of a textbook on UX methods, currently used in more than 100 curriculums in 6 French-speaking countries. I am also a passionate advocate for academia-industry relationships. I am the Deputy Editor of the academic journal Interacting with Computers (Oxford University Press), the Executive Editor of The Cyber Defense Review (US Army Cyber Institute & Westpoint Press), and an active program committee member of the CHI, DIS, CHIWORK, and EduCHI communities.
